Freddie Dugger is the Emergency Preparedness and Response Director for Clayton County Health District. He has worked with public health for more than 17 years. He began his career with public health in 2002 as the Emergency Preparedness Training Coordinator for District 3-3 Public Health. He served as the initial Emergency Preparedness Training Coordinator for the Georgia Department of Public Health Hospital Preparedness Program for four years before returning to District 3-3 Public Health in 2009.
Mr. Dugger has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and his certifications include Homeland Security and the Georgia Certified Emergency Manager.
