Free Condom Project

FREE HIV Testing is now offered at 685 Forest Parkway, Forest Park, GA 30297 during normal business hours, Monday-Friday.  Walk-ins welcome!  Please call 678.373.9510 for more information.

Free condoms are available to be mailed directly, and discreetly, to the home or desired address of any person age 16 years old or older living in Clayton County.

The following limitations apply to this program:

  1. Any condom order submission from outside of Clayton County will NOT be mailed.
  2. One order per person can be placed every 30 days.
  3. Condoms will only be sent to people over the age of consent (16 years old).
  4. Condoms will only be sent to individuals and not businesses (any business interested in being part of our free condom distribution program should call 678.373.9510).
